Well let’s get stepping friends.

Things to bring with you: water, camera, a smile, a friend, car pool with a group to save on gas. Don’t be late we will be leaving at the stated times.

 

 

 

      Saturday June 19th we will be hiking at Point Lobos State Reserve. This will be a 4.5 mile hike with an elevation change of 300ft. This is said to be the greatest meeting of land and sea anywhere. There are whales passing our coast now and you should be able to see one. To get there take Hwy 1 south 2.5 miles from the Carmel River bridge. We will be meeting on the Hwy just outside the gate at 9:00 A.M.

 

     Saturday June 26th we will be hiking in Toro Park. We will be meeting in the parking lot just outside the gate at 9:00 A.M. To get there take HWY 68 from Monterey or Salinas to Toro Park.

 

     Saturday July 10th we will be hiking at Andrew Molera State Park. We will be taking the Bluff’s – Ridge trail this is a 9 mile hike with an elevation change of 1,100 ft. This is a moderately strenuous hike. To get there take HWY 1 south from Carmel 21.4 miles. We will be meeting on HWY 1 just outside the park at 9:00 A.M.
